Auburn Paranormal Activities Research Team is a group of paranormal investigators dedicated to researching, understanding and education of the paranormal incidents. We are a free of charge, and Ouija free, investigative team that covers most of Western Washington. We will take cases further out on a case by case bases; depending on gas and other factors.

Mission Statement

We are a paranormal research team, committed to scientifically investigating and documenting paranormal evidence as it may present itself; by researching documented history of client, witness accounts, and determining natural reasoning before declaring a location “haunted”. We will always strive to follow our mission statement in the utmost professional manner, with respect of the client and their home, and with complete discretion; unless previously discussed and permission has been given to release the names, dates and specifics of a “haunting.”

Our Promise

  • We do not, nor will we ever, charge a fee for our services.
  • We will research history on family names, physical addresses, and structural findings to the best of our abilities.
  • We will interview eyewitness’s to claimed paranormal accounts.
  • We will combined both documented historical findings, eyewitness accounts, and investigative findings in our reports, on our website and any presentation we conduct.
  • Take only pictures, leave only footprints.
  • We will use skepticism, combined with a healthy open mind, to report a true finding. Whether that finding may be anomalies or void of any paranormal evidence or event.
  • We will work hard with, in and around our communities to educate those who are wondering, or have misconceptions about paranormal events, investigators or the field as a whole.
  • We will work to preserve and maintain the historic locations, the history it holds, through honest record keeping.
  • For us, first and far most, it is about our client’s safety and well being. We will be assisting them in understanding  what is making them afraid in their home or business.
  • For us, it is also about finding proof, documenting it to the best of our abilities, while alleviating any room for questions or bias.
  • We will provide you with a CD, free of charge, with the best photos, EVPs, and a complete report of all of our findings. If there are no findings, we are honest and will tell you.
  • We vow to share all information about investigations, investigative excursions, and excursions to other teams inquiring about our findings. Especially those who are investigation the same location at a different date.
  • We will be open to peer review, skeptical review, and client review.
  • Please note, we respect those who respect us. In the event we are approached with a overtly negative,
  • hurtful, hateful review we will not further communication with the individual(s). We retain the right to severe communications with those who prefer a mean spirited approach.  Nothing is accomplished by bullying, belittling, or intentionally hurting those who are trying to accomplish, learn, education and experience the paranormal.
  • We vow to share all paperwork to help further other teams, new teams, and individuals on documentation of paranormal evidence, investigations, etc.
  • We will never ask you to leave your home so that we can investigate without you present.

More in depth

We assist in helping, comforting and educating those who do not understand, or may be frightened by, the events happening around them. We will use any and all resources available to our team in the best scientific manner possible. Only recently in history have scientist begun to develop equipment that can aid in the detection and gathering of  “evidence” in the wide range of paranormal activities. We cannot provide a guarantee that we will find evidence during our investigation with you. We may investigate your home without any evidence documented while we are there. We will be honest with you in telling you so. We will not falsify evidence, present falsified evidence, or agree with falsified findings. However, in the event that we do document something questionable, we will provide you with all evidence gathered while working for you.  We first will attempt to rule out anything human or environmental that can cause an explained affects for the happenings you are experiencing.

We have every team member sign a membership agreement, and confidentiality agreement. We will provide you with these agreements upon request. We will also provide references as needed. We will never ask you to leave your home so that we can investigate. Steer clear from any team that does so. This is YOUR home, or business, and you have every right to be there during any investigation process.

A.P.A.R.T. Educational  Promise

Each month we provide a presentation at the Seattle Museum of Mysteries. These presentations include topics such as “How to Investigate, “Equipment Definitions, How to Use, and Error Rates”, and “General Ghostly Topics.” We have always answered each information inquiry to the best of our knowledge. We have shared paperwork, graphics and anything else requested by teams, individuals, or clients. We vow to never judge or think a client is “crazy” because of what they believe is happening in their home. We will educate them on natural causes, explainable incidents, and provide them with referrals to representation of their faith, clergy, as well as counselors in their area who will assist them through their PTSD experience.

We promise to share all information needed to other teams who may be investigating the same locations we have. Sharing our evidence helps the scientific process; and hopefully will begin to help getting the paranormal accepted in a more broad scientific community.

We have been featured on various podcasts, radio shows, newspapers and magazines. Please see our media page for further inquiry. We are the State Ambassadors for Worldwide Paranormal Reporting Center. We feel it is imperative for teams, and individuals to share their evidence at a said haunted location. This assists in solidifying tangible witness accounts of activity. We have started the process of creating an Educational Section on our website.
