Paperwork
Importance of Paperwork
There is an importance to having paperwork, and files created, for each team member, assessment, case, and contact you make. In this section we will discuss the different categories and avenues of paperwork. We will provide examples of our forms we use on our team. Feel free to download them, make changes to reflect your own team.
We feel that paperwork is important to cover your load.
It is imperative that as an individual, or a team, to look at every possible aspect of research, inquiry and investigations. Since this is a field of uncertainty, question-ability, and inconclusiveness, making sure your team is covered is so very important. We have anything from team member confidentiality agreements to release of information for our clients.
Having a form like a confidentiality agreement on hand, assists you as the team founder in release of liability. Say a team member isn’t paying attention, slips, and twists an ankle, do you want to be responsible for their hospital bill? How about a team member breaking a client’s vase in the dark, do you want to repay? These are things to take into consideration when getting into investigating. Some of these forms can assist in protecting your team.
On the right you will see links to various categories. We hope that you find them useful, if not entertaining. If you have suggestions, please don’t hesitate to contact us and let us know. Click each name to be taken to Scribd for download.
